About the Course


This course is designed for those who put everyone else first, who struggle with their self-esteem, relationships and saying no. It is for those who worry about what others’ think, are high-achievers and tend to the perfectionism side of life.


It has been developed with some specific worksheets to help get to the core of these patterns and thoughts and to guide you in breaking down these myths and coping skills that you’ve developed to navigate life.


It doesn’t have to be quite so difficult. We’ve all read the self help books, it is my intention to offer you the most succinct information in a condensed format to foster change without having to wade through the fluff or bullshit.


Meet Amanda


I provide authentic and real therapy for real people. I am all about being vulnerable and authentic. My clients are encouraged to be the same. I am deeply passionate about supporting those who feel lost, or in the dark. I love working with people and bearing witness to that 'aha' moment where things just click for them.


Low self-esteem, a lost sense of self or identity, low self-image, these are only a few struggles we have on a GOOD day. Throughout this online workshop I want to help you find your worth, increase your self-loving capacity and embrace the life you deserve through a self awareness approach. With worksheets we will process the need to be ‘perfect’, to squelch your own voice, to do everything for everyone else without complaint or wanting for yourself and hopefully, finding yourself along the way.
